Our Culture.

At Viva, our people are everything. We believe that happy, healthy teams are more creative, productive and deliver better work – making for even happier clients.
We embed Mind’s ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ into our culture, ensuring every initiative supports our team’s physical health, mental resilience and happiness.

Giving back

Everyone at Viva gets 16 hours of volunteering time each year to support causes they care about. We’ve proudly partnered with Nightsafe, a Blackburn homeless charity, and Friends of Serenity, a Lancashire baby loss charity, through pro bono projects.

Director Lisa after working with Nightsafe said: “I have never truly felt community spirit like this. You can see it. You can feel it. Everyone was there to help those less fortunate than themselves.”

Hybrid working

Our week is a mix of office, client and home-based working to ensure we can collaborate effectively, carve time for deep work and have valuable facetime with clients. We also support working parents (to both humans and animals) with the option to flex their day around care needs.
