Workplace Champions Award Winners

No glitzy dinner. No trip to that London. But today we have just learned we have been named by the PRCA as a Workplace Champion — we won the Very Small Agency Category.

It’s a national honour and we are well chuffed to get it.

Fundamentally, we believe that happy, healthy teams are more creative and productive — and that equals happier clients.

In short, we take the physical and mental health of our people incredibly seriously.

We now employ a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Manager who is also a trained Mental Health First Aider and provides a point of contact and signposts people to appropriate support.

While today’s news is welcome, we are the first to accept that we still have an awful lot to of work to do. Only this week we surveyed the team and found there where areas where we can provide more help and support

Creating a positive and inclusive working environment in a high-pressure world, where deadlines keep the stress levels high and client demands are never ending is not easy. But we are taking steps and learning new things all the time.

Next year we want to be mixing it with the big boys in the Small Agency Category!
