Viva at Lancashire Business View’s Health and Wellbeing Conference
Viva MD Tony Garner took part in Lancashire Business View’s Health and Wellbeing Conference in late August.
As we emerge from the pandemic and head ‘back to work’, health and wellbeing remains at the top of the agenda for employers.
This virtual conference was designed to help and support both employers and employees as workforces prepare for the changes that lie ahead.
This event brought together experts in the field and businesses who have risen to the challenge to ensure their workforce has remained happy and healthy throughout the pandemic – that’s us!
Tony was part of Panel A: The People Strategies, alongside Tommy McIlravey, CEO of Lancashire Mind, and Shelley Perry, clinical director and RMN of Breathe Therapies.
The panel discussed Communication and Engagement and Who’s checking in on the leaders?
Panel B then covered The Corporate Strategies, including Furlough, Vaccines and Returning to Work plus Innovative Solutions.
Don’t worry if you missed it – the conference will be covered in the September/October issue of Lancashire Business View magazine as the Health and Wellbeing Report.
